Cette structure vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la coordination de la production, du transport et des \u00e9changes d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Port\u00e9e par le ministre des Ressources hydrauliques et de l\u2019\u00c9lectricit\u00e9, Aim\u00e9 Sakombi Molendo, cette r\u00e9forme s\u2019inscrit dans la dynamique de modernisation du secteur \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique, sous le leadership du pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, F\u00e9lix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo, et la coordination de la Premi\u00e8re ministre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le SND aura notamment pour mission d\u2019assurer la conduite coordonn\u00e9e de la production et du transport de l\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9, d\u2019optimiser en temps r\u00e9el les flux d\u2019\u00e9nergie sur le r\u00e9seau national et de coordonner les \u00e9changes d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avec la cr\u00e9ation de ce service, le minist\u00e8re des Ressources hydrauliques et de l\u2019\u00c9lectricit\u00e9 entend renforcer les m\u00e9canismes de pilotage du syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique congolais. Cette structure doit contribuer \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer la gestion du r\u00e9seau et la coordination entre les diff\u00e9rents acteurs du secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mise en place du Service national de dispatching constitue ainsi une avanc\u00e9e dans l\u2019organisation du syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectrique national.
